Cove & Kilcreggan events listing launched
Our Community is supporting an initiative by Ruth Wishart & Gauri Raje to publish a listing of events happening in the Cove & Kilcreggan villages on a quarterly basis. The listing will be printed an available in the Post Office, Medical Centre and Cove Park. It will also be posted on the village noticeboards.
It will contain events run by and for the community including events by the small groups and larger organisations like Cove Park & Cove Burgh Hall. The listing will not carry commercial, trade & political events.
Although there are many social media platforms in the villages carrying news of such event, the listing is mainly orientated towards those who may not be on facebook (which is the most popular social media platform in the villages), internet or those who may be digitally challenged.
The first issue was published at the start of June 2026 & carries events from June - August 2026.
The next issue will carry events from September - December 2026. If you are planning an event during this period, and would like to publish it, please send us an email here. The deadline for submitting events for the listing is 22nd August 2026.
