First harvest for OC Community Garden

The OC Community Garden in Craigrownie Park taking shape with the help of funding from Argyll and Bute Council and the Big Lottery Community Fund!

A small group of volunteers have cleared the site, created a herbal border, planted a range of vegetables and some flowering shrubs. Our harvest is beginning - huge radishes and pak choi with carrots, beans, cabbage, courgettes and tatties still to come!

The Community Garden are looking for volunteers: Thursday afternoons and Sunday mornings if you're interested - all welcome just bring gloves!
