Craigrownie Park Phase 1 Design:
Public Consultation Meeting
Date: November 14th (Saturday)
Time: 11am – 1pm
Venue: Cove Burgh Hall
The design for Phase 1 of the Our Community Craigrownie Park Project is now more than halfway complete. We are keen to share the developing plans with the community and hear your views. Your feedback will help shape the final design, which is due to be completed early in the new year.
Phase 1 focuses on:
- restoring the Youth Café
- creating a multi-use games area (MUGA),
- supported by outdoor fitness facilities
- providing accessible routes connecting the park with the school, Fairfield, Craigrownie & the church
The architects (puregreenspace), appointed to undertake the design work, have spent the past eight weeks consulting with stakeholders, carrying out land surveys and using the findings to develop the plans. The design has an overarching focus on connecting the park’s facilities through a continuous accessible route, improving existing buildings while retaining their character, and creating a framework for future community activities and investment.

We would love to welcome as many people as possible to this public consultation meeting at Cove Burgh Hall. This will be an opportunity to see the developing designs, speak to the project team and share your views. Your feedback will help us develop a project that the whole community can be proud of & that reflects the community’s wishes and aspirations as closely as possible.
