Official Notice for the Our Community AGM

Time: 7.30pm start

Venue: Cove Burgh Hall

Members of the local community (i.e. ordinarily resident in the community as defined by your postcode) are able to join the Our Community/ Trust as a general member for a one-off lifetime fee of £2.  This allows you to attend the AGM and your one-off fee will be used to support trust activities.

Hereby attached, the official notice for the AGM to be held on 26 February 2026 at 1930 (7.30pm) in the Cove Burgh Hall. 

As the AGM is quite a bit after the year end date and the usual timescales (they were traditionally held in November), we will take the opportunity to provide a Convener's Report on the day which brings things more up to date.
